Returns & Exchanges

At Regal Wear Apparel, we strive for customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our custom apparel and promotional products, we have a limited return and exchange policy.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Inspect Carefully: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at orders@regalwearllc.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will gladly evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Custom Items: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes any items with custom printing, embroidery, or alterations.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on personal care goods. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sale items and gift cards are final sale.
